Very easy and convenient. I tried it mainly for the fact I was intrigued. In reality, I’ll never use it again due to the fact that I can go to Home Depot of Lowe’s and get copy of keys for literally half price. To copy the keys is 5.99 a key (lowest cost key)That’s absurd. Need to lower cost if they intend to peak public interest above one time use.

A COMPLETE NIGHTMARE! I had my LOCKS CHANGED because I had a RESTRAINING ORDER on a lunatic and I told them this! I paid DOUBLE because of an “emergency “ fee because my life was in danger. I still can’t BELIEVE THEY PROVIDED COPIES OF THE NEW KEY TO THE CRIMINAL I WAS TRYING TO LOCK OUT!!! My life has been completely DESTROYED BECAUSE OF THIS COMPANY.

One of my many hobbies is WWII reenacting. I have a matching pair of Eagle brand solid brass padlocks and 1 manufactures key. After having gone to two different Home Depot's and a Lowes, I found myself nowhere at all. Carl at Lowe's recommended Paul by name. He 3 keys for me made in less than an hour, and for all of $10. If you are going to visit Paul, he shares the building with a barbershop, just walk on in.
